Rental terms

• Standard package: 200 km included per day. Extra kilometres are charged at R7.50 per km in line with AA rates.
• Unlimited km package: R 3 500 per day with no kilometre limit.
• Bakkie + trailer combo: R4 599 per day, unlimited km, including the 4m double-axle trailer. The single R2,500 deposit covers both — no separate trailer deposit.
• The R2,500 security deposit covers excess kilometres, traffic fines, tolls and damage. It is refunded within 3–5 working days, less any deductions.

• Traffic fines carry an admin fee of R210 per fine. Toll fees are deducted from the deposit.
• Late returns must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to return on time may attract a R1,500 penalty plus the daily rate for every extra day.
• Extensions depend on availability, carry a R210 admin fee and are charged at the agreed daily rate.
• I accept responsibility for the security and wellbeing of the vehicle for as long as it is in my possession.
• I accept liability for any damage or loss recorded on the vehicle check sheet at return and inspection.
